hello puredyne people!

first, a *huge* thank-you for the latest release of puredyne. I have
enjoyed it as much as any media-focused linux distro to date. kudos!

I have a laptop that for some unknown reason will not make use of any
hard drive. maybe the ide connector is shot, who knows. long story
short, I'm running puredyne on a usb stick, and everything is fine,
except that I need a firmware package for my wireless to work
(provided by the b43-fwcutter package in the repos). how do I add
this to my usb stick? do I need to remaster? I've been all over the
broth launchpad site, but can't seem to find any instructions on how
to use it or build my own. (a side note: the release announcement
specifically encouraged people to use the broth to build their own
distro, but the doc to do so has been neglected. not a major problem,
but very confusing for someone like me.)

I am experienced in linux but I'm no wizard or guru; I can follow most
howtos with success. that being said, is there any hope for me and my
poor laptop? :)

again, cheers for all of your hard work!
