Oh dear, I wish I had known that... I already did sudo make
uninstall and it's hosed.
I'll try to recover it from the live dvd.
That was easier than I thought... all I had to do was delete the
empty lib/modules/.../ndiswrapper directory from the usb stick's live-
rw partition. It's back!
Can't try the realtek driver just now (need to go to work) but I'll
let you know what happens later.
