update on Wacom Bamboo CTH460

the Pen part works, but the touch part doesn't.  not a big deal, as the pen
part is the important thing.

all four parts of the tablet show up under the XFCE mouse settings dialog,
Pen eraser, Pen stylus, Finger pad, Finger touch... but i'm not sure how to
make things work.
