[PATCH proxmox-i18n] update Simplified Chinese translactions

Hi proxmox-i18n developers,

The zh_CN translation merged in the latest commit contains an older
revision rather than the latest patch from the mailing list. This patch
has been rebased against master and includes all current changes.
