Some new findings:

1) Use NAT: Complete freeze with network activity (virtio-net and E1000)
2) Use Bridge: Works, virtio-net is not able to get an IP. E1000 works
flawlessly.

Conclusion:
1) NAT is broken
2) virtio-net is broken.

I will try lastest virtio-net driver in another windows 7 install.
