Yes, no snapshots for LVM. Either the disk image format must support
snapshotting (qcow2) or the underlaying storage system must support it
(Nexenta, ceph, ZFS). Since LVM does not provide snapshots as well as
RAW disk image then snapshots on LVM is not supported.
Thanks, i just started to setup a small proxmox home server where i
don't have any storage server just disks in my systems and thought i
could use snapshots with lvm.
