Corosync with sheepdog has 2 major problem :
 - corosync is limited to a "small" numbers of nodes ( technically not a
problem, on "small" clusters )
 - under heavy load,  network fragmentation will appear

The problems and the descriptions are on the sheepdog mailing lists.
