I run into the PXE-Boot-DHCP-Problem which can be solved by a more recent
version of the ipxe stack in qemu. (

Booting iPXE CD works just fine and I used the git version of today to
build the virtio-net.rom and the problem was gone too. Could you please
update the package pve-qemu-kvm accordingly?
I you want to test, you can load the rom as follows:
args: --option-rom /path/to/build/rom
and use F12 to boot from legacy rom.
