I have tested the patch,

it's working fine with ipmi_watchdog && iTCO_wdt module,


BTW, is it possible to pass option to module ?

"ipmi_watchdog timeout=60"  for example

I though about that, but that may be miss-leading (User thinks everything is 
working, but
