Ok, last try, does this work:
mkdir /mnt/tmp
mount -t nfs 192.168.222.213:/volume1/nas-nfs /mnt/tmp
If this doesn't work, you have a NFS problem (not a Proxmox problem).
Is firewall on in Proxmox?

Hi, I added it yesterday and yes it is in WUI, but the additional
storage couldn't be reached. There is a question mark as icon at the
storage icon.
On Synology the services is running, no firewall, no vlan or something
else. I can ping the nas from pve.

and the working pvesm scan command?

and the screener with the settings...
Good, did you fill "Export" value, or Proxmox offered it
to you?
Have you tried NFS Version 3?
And last, have you enabled squash settings in Synology?
I fill. Yes, ver. 3 i tried to an squash it root to admin.
