Yes, I use the rsync to copy big .iso file, NFS mounted locally to PVE
like backup share.

Yes, I try copy large file iso with rsync and the speed is no more
than 180MB/s - 210MB/s
rsync? So you are using rsync on a remote nfs share mounted locally?
