windows have some flush bugs with cache=none or cache=writeback

Hello guys,.. I'm henry from Indonesia.
I am having a problem with the HDD crash prox 1.9. After I tried
successfully retrieve data from a damaged hard drive. I found the data
"raw", and I run into the data "raw" Proxmox new engine and with the new
version as well (2.1).
There are a few that have been able to run well (normally). But there
are also experiencing crashes / blue screen with windows XP(I have
attached a jpeg image). Please help me, if anyone ever experienced the
same thing as me? thanks again.
