Looking at this screenshot, I beleave you get hard disks wrong during VM 
creation !
SCSI type are irrelevant, what matters are the hard disk :

I have several Winsows 2012 Server VMs working fine with this driver !
I I have a test VM with Windows 8 wirking very good as well ...

Check again you install metod with Fedora how-to .

Thats what i have downloaded but the win8 Driver seems not working with win2012

What are your guest OS ?
All Linux distributions already have virtio in the kernel .
Windows needs this :

Mhh oke.

Can you tell me where i can find the driver for VirtoIO SCSI oder IDE?
Just SATA works without a Driver.

looks like you have a SATA device in your VM. For now, this is not live 
migrateable (use virtio/ide/scsi instead).
