DHCP use some advanced network techniques like ethernet broadcast...
I manage to have a DHCP Server in a container by using a veth network
card, not a venet.
You can also use a fully virtualized KVM VM...

then i install a DHCP server on that system. And DHCP service do not
offers dinamic address to mine network something happens with my
interface venet0:0 and DHCP.
