oh,i see,my storage.cfg is:
dir: local
        path /var/lib/vz
        shared
        content images,iso,vztmpl,backup,rootdir
        maxfiles 3

nfs: ostpls
        path /mnt/pve/ostpls
        server 192.168.0.100
        export /mnt/YZNS
        options vers=3
        content vztmpl,backup
        maxfiles 1

#dir: k122101
#       path /var/lib/vz
#       content images,rootdir
#       maxfiles 1

if enable "dir: k122101" config,I restore it  and then appear:
unused0: local:200/vm-200-disk-1.qcow2 (choose k122101 as restore new vm storage )
or
unused0:k122101:200/vm-200-disk-1.qcow2 (choose local as restore new vm storage )

Thks  your reply!
“Your VM contained a drive which was not part of the backup.”

unused0: local:200/vm-200-disk-1.qcow2

virtio0: k122101:200/vm-200-disk-1.qcow2,format=qcow2,size=16G

unused0 & virtio0 refer to the same disk file(vm-200-disk-1.qcow2)

just different config items in the vm(vmid=200) conf:

one marked unused0

one marked vitrio0

# ls /var/lib/vz/images/200/

vm-200-disk-1.qcow2

before backup vm, just only one disk a vm.

virtio0: local:100/vm-100-disk-1.qcow2,format=qcow2,size=16G

Your VM contained a drive which was not part of the backup. Such drives are added as unused disks.
