3.2.0-4 is debian kernel, not proxmox. You probably should reboot again, choose -pve kernel and boot with it, if any available, otherwise you can't use openvz (and probably some other features which available in proxmox-only kernel). If no -pve kernel available, you probably need to upgrade your grub config.
