Hi, We have already all the stats of cpu,memory,.. for hosts and guest. I think the main part is to define the balancing algorithm. (I had found an interesting paper about this last year, need to find it).
Also proxmox don't have a "master" server in a cluster, so each node should do the balancing, don't known if they need to communicate...
