I had a bit of trouble with previously-working Windows 2000 images (used
for security analysis, not production!) after upgrading from 3.0 to 3.1:

In order to get the VM to boot fully, I needed to add
emulate_invalid_guest_state=0 to the kvm_intel module options.

(Ref: https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=50921)

root@vm1:~# pveversion
pve-manager/3.1-14/d914b943 (running kernel: 2.6.32-24-pve)

Has anyone else experienced similar issues?
