That looks Ok. I guess you need to analyze the log to see what exactly happened.
I haven't been able to reproduce the problem since then. :-(
Following Murphy's Law, it'll naturally recur someday - at the worst
possible time.
Dietmar: which log would have the most relevant information, and what
service(s) should I be focusing on?
