Exactly, we have a HA VMWare cluster so instead using a qdisk for
quorum, I prefered to set up a third node with no VM's.
I would recommend you to use a 10Gb network
dedicated for gluster communication, it will be useful to replicate data
synchronously and essential for rebalance the data when in a future you
will need to add more nodes.
Yes, I look into upgrading the network when we add a third node.
