To avoid problems when you migrate VMs to different hosts.
Just idea: maybe we could compare CPUs of all cluster nodes and set worst of
them as cluster's default? So we will still avoid migration problems and use
more of modern CPU's features.
A future node added to the cluster could not have that minimum CPU. I
think being able to configure default values would be better, as
proposed by Dietmar.
