yes, and was thinking it might be a VM/KVM issue. What version are you using? I know mine are mixed.
It might be time well spent to go thru all of mine and check and update, but its just been recently that it has been an occurrence that has caught my attention

At least in our case bad RAM should not be the root case because it happend at random times at three different nodes with ECC RAM.
