Ok, this seems like a bug. It's rather cosmetic as it hasn't any effect on the HA stack.
I will write a patch.

Hi, can you look into the syslog of your current master and see if
    there are messages like:

    detected unknown node state

    Hi

Any idea how can I remove a delete node from HA??
It still appears when I run

    ha-manager status
    quorum OK
    master proxmox02 (active, Thu Sep 24 16:32:39 2015)
    lrm proxmox01 (active, Thu Sep 24 16:32:36 2015)
    lrm proxmox02 (active, Thu Sep 24 16:32:41 2015)
    lrm proxmox03 (old timestamp - dead?, Thu Sep 24 13:03:42 2015)
    service vm:120 (proxmox01, started)

Do you see proxmox03?? I wanna wipe it out! But how?
