Please note that fencing on PVE 4.X only queries quorum, so it
never trigger that way. Also, the watchdog based fencing has a delay
of about 60 seconds - during that (long) time both nodes could write
/etc/pve, so it is likely you run into a split-brain situation!
I hope that explains why this is dangerous.
