Answer my own question: yes! There is a bug related NFS on kernel 3.13
that is the default on Ubuntu 14.04...
I will try with kernel 3.19...

Rectify is wise. Do not blame Proxmox for every bad thing that happens
to you with it. You must have patience with things that come from the
world of Open Source.
