Yes.

Just done. I use an internal NTP server, and all timesyncd service
point to that ntp server.

Currently, on stratum 2. I've tried to restart it, and waiting some
seconds now is on stratum 3. The only strage thing is that timeouts:

 root@armitage:~# ntptrace 
 localhost.localdomain: stratum 3, offset -0.005631, synch distance
 0.010539
 37.247.53.178: timed out, nothing received
 ***Request timed out
