Made a bugzilla entry to track this (I'm on a few other things atm, so
not much time left for this, but it should be addressed until PVE 4.4.

The ha-manager does this already on migration, as Markus Dellermann
already mentioned in this thread.
This is my fault, i've not (still) enabled HA...
No fault here, HA is not always wanted in all setup, or necessary, just
mentioned it here for the sake of completeness :)
