Hi
I guess, it was a windows issue. In the end I could solve the problem by
using an AcronisBootableMedia.iso. I backup/restore the Disc and windows
is booting again.

Seems strange. Have you tried to boot to a windows 7 installation ISO
and inspect the virtual disk from within? Maybe try also "repair boot"?
