Hi, Yes, that's a very old bug, but unfortunatly no one seems to see it as such so it was never fixed. Never found a solution, but since we always have HA enabled the vm just restarts on it's own so it never bothered me that much. If you do find out how to avoid that, I'll be very interested to hear about it !
I don't know if glusterfs is the problem or not, I'm pretty sure I've had the problem with regular NFS too, but I wouldn't swear it, haven't tried in a while.
