I am recently study the dbpf code in pvfs2-1.4.0 release.
In dbpf-bstream.c, there is a function definition:

void *user_ptr,
TROVE_context_id context_id,
TROVE_op_id *out_op_id_p)
My question is, in its parameter list, does the mem_count and
stream_count must match with each other? If yes, why should we keep
both of them?
