Somebody had noticed on the pvfs2-users list in early June that "cp"
through the kernel interface fails on copying xattrs, using the
Mandriva-provided cp. Looks like others are having similar issues
although with a different FS and on Suse. Here's a thread in case
anyone is motivated enough to complain to Suse to get pvfs2 xattrs
added to their blacklist of ones not to copy:
