I have to use it on our ancient RHEL3 machines where the glibc AIO
implementation is buggy. Seem to recall others having need for it
too, just for bug workarounds. Once you do your own non-AIO
threaded IO implementation, I'll be happy to switch to that, and
then would suggest we rip out --disable-aio-threaded-callbacks.
