Yeah, only things in that directory are IB specific.  You can
just look at the last log messages on all the files to see if
your changes hit them.  I'm not sure if there's a more elegant
way with CVS to undo something.

If you want to double check in the future, just do a cvs diff before
the commit to see what would happen and look at each change to see
if it makes sense.  And try to break out individual parts of the
diff into separate commits so it's easier for the rest of us to grok
in chunks, like "configure checks ...", "server implementation ...",
etc.
