That infamous noncontig test fails now that I have upgraded
mpich2 to 1.0.4p1. Is the pvfs2 ROMIO in there up to date?
The simplest failing test is:
mpiexec -pernode -np 2 ./noncontig -fname pvfs2:/pvfs/ncfile1 \
-v -veclen 2048 -elmtcount 1 -veccount 1 -timing -all -loops 1
with pvfs2 CVS head, either TCP or IB transport, configured
as 1 IO and 1 MD server. I'm just using the ethernet transport
in mpich2.
It also fails for -np 3 and higher, but -np 1 works fine. I haven't
dug too far on this, hoping you can repeat it or will know the
issue straightaway.
