Hi Scott,

Attached patch modifies pvfs2-cp to use two buffers. This should remove the 20 msec gaps you're seeing between requests. Initial tests I ran look like they also make the timings with pvfs2-cp more consistent between runs.

You'll need to run ./config.status after patching.

I could not cleanly patch my tree, so I checked out a new one. It applied fine. I applied this as well as the io-flow-post patch.

It does remove the gaps. :-)

Unfortunately, I have no 10G machines available to test this on. Hopefully, I will in a couple of days.
