[Pvfs2-developers] DB_BUFFER_SMALL usage dbpf-dspace.c

I think we talked about this some when batting around patches for the db 
startup issues, but I just wanted to mention it again now that the 
patches are in trunk.  Can we get the HAVE_DB_BUFFER_SMALL ifdef 
wrappers applied to dbpf-dspace.c?  Right now it doesn't compile on 
older db libraries.
