Good to know there are still interests on the Quadrics port.

The port was built for Elan4 almost three years back, pretty old as it sounds. I personally have not touch the code for quite long, nor do I have easy access to a platform to develop it any longer.

If somebody is interesting in collaborating, I would be very happy to work with people on this. We may be able to merge it with Pete's RDMA model for BMI to save much of the coding too.

I was wondering if there was any information out there on porting
pvfs2 to use quadrics for communication? Any information would be
helpful.

doc/REFERENCES has:

Weikuan Yu, Shuang Liang, Dhabaleswar K. Panda. "PVFS2 over Quadrics: Design,
Implementation and Performance Evaluation". Ohio State University
    Tecnhical Report OSU-CISRC-12/04-TR6. Date Unknown

I think this may have been a conference paper too. Code was never
integrated. You might contact Weikuan and see if you can get and
revive it.
