I think I can get it to do that -- well at least for the english version
of the refuse message:

PlEASE VERIFY that the address described in the rejection is the same
address you attempted to register for the list.  Many (many) people
subscribe from an address such as [EMAIL PROTECTED], but send email from an
address such as [EMAIL PROTECTED]  The sending address must be identical
to the subscribed address for the mailing list post to succeed.
