I think we've had that bug for a while. Should only happen if you're
adding to the directory as it is readdir'd. -- Rob

We are seeing a situation when we get up about 70,000 files in a
directory that readdir seems to return each file 3 times. I don't
know if this is a new bug, or an artifact of an old one.
