Attached is a patch that removes an internal linked list of pvfs2 inodes allocated, and removes a check on the return value of the kmem_cache_destroy since it only printed out an error message and when the pvfs2 kernel module is about to be unloaded.
These are probably just a preference type change on my part (trying to make code path cleaner and remove spinlocks), and really don't offer any functionality changes, or bug fixes. (may want to re-run prepare and configure) Thanks, David
