The attached patch allows for the event logging mask to be updated in memory when a server daemon receives a SIGHUP like the root squashing, trusted networks, and read only fields. The pvfs2-set-debugmask utility also provides this but is not persistent.
This patch was originally sent by David Metheny on Feb 25, 2010, and Phil Carns posted on Mar 30, 2010 that it was committed. However, I do not see it in the current OrangeFS release. Bart.
