Hi,
I reconfigured pvfs2-1.3.2 with a BerkeleyDB v4.2 and things worked O.K.
Thanks.

Hi All,
I ran into some strange error. I configured pvfs2-1.3.2. All went well
until I tried creating a
storage space. It returned with an error that "storage_attributes.db:"
not implemented. Any one knows a
workaround for this error? The error reported is shown below:

/etc/pvfs2-fs.conf /etc/pvfs2-server.conf-dmx11 -f

Hi Ekow
One situation where we've seen that kind of problem is on Jazz. We're
running RHEL 3 with a kernel.org kernel.
what distribution are you running, and if you have built your own
kernel, what version? Are you running one of the Redhat clones
(CentOS, Scientific Linux, Whitebox, etc)? if so, some of our "do
this workaround on redhat" tests might not be working properly.
Does setting LD_ASSUME_KERNEL to something like 2.2.5 help at all?
It looks like the error generated is from within dbpf_db_create where
db_p->open is called. Should we add something to that error message
about db->open failed, instead of just printing the filename of the db?
