I intend to configure a 16 node Linux cluster (running on
Xeon ) accessing iSCSI based IP SAN.
- Is there any guidelines for
installation ?
- Is there any installation guide
for shared storage / SAN based on iSCSI protocol ?
- Does the PVFS2 s/w create a
cluster also, OR I need to use some other clustering tool like Red Hat GFS
first to create a cluster ?
- What is the maturity level of
PVFS2 ? Can it be deployed for mission-critical apps ?
