This will be easiest if you have one raid per server.  There's nothing
storage-specific or fs-specific about the servers's storage directory,
so you can just tar it up on the old raid and unpack it on the new
one.  

- stop pvfs server
- tar up pvfs storage dir on old raid
- unpack on new raid
- set things up so the new raid is mounted where the old one was (or
  adjust the server config file
- restart pvfs server

That should do it.
