Thanks for the suggestions, having an individual ServerOptions stanza
with each individual Server and StorageSpace declarations on individual
lines works:
<ServerOptions>
Server ma0121en
StorageSpace /mnt/ma02-pvfs-00
</ServerOptions>
<ServerOptions>
Server ma0205en-1
StorageSpace /mnt/ma02-pvfs-01
</ServerOptions>
<ServerOptions>
