Does all the aio_ops have been used in PVFS ?
For example,
aio_read,
aio_write,
lio_listio,
aio_error,
aio_return,
aio_cancel,
aio_suspend,
aio_fsync

The lio_listio interface is part of the POSIX async. I/O interface.
There's an alt-aio option now that (IIRC) uses some threads and
blocking I/O instead, and there is also the O_DIRECT option now.
