I've been programming on a little file system performance testing program and would now like to ask people for their opinion on it.
I've made it available under GPL at http://people.web.psi.ch/stadler_h The main goal is to have a framework for implementing arbitrary test access patterns. To this end, the patterns are implemented in input files using test commands that are then fed to the program.
