Hi Preston,

It sounds like the source wasn't configured using--with-ib or --with-openib.
Without specifying IB support during configure you won't get IB support in
BMI. After re-configuring and rebuilding the source you should be good.
You'll also want to specify ' --without-bmi-tcp' if you plan to only use IB.
