The collection version 0.1.5 found for the file system you're trying to
convert is associated with newer PVFS/DBPF versions not the 0.0.1 that
requires the conversion done by that utility. Are you sure the file system
in the /etc/pvfs2-fs.conf points to an old, 0.1.4 PVFS file system? Was that
utility ran rnore than once?

Are there any errors in the pvfs2-server log files when starting them after
conversion on each host?
