Hi All,

We've been a long time GPFS user and we have dabbled in Lustre in the past, as
well as pvfs2 at our site. I've recently started a new project to do with
storing digital assets (and preserving them). It seems that orangefs is headed
towards offering various cool features that I would be looking for that I would
seem to typically find in grid based storage systems.

I was reading through the roadmap on the orangefs site, and the points on
tiered storage and data replication really caught my eye. Could I ask is there
a more detailed roadmap/milestones on some of these features? Also are there
example sites which run pvfs2/orangefs in a WAN environment?

Regards,
Jimmy Tang
